"We stayed here the night before an early flight. The property is what it is: a place to sleep. The room was ok - the bathroom wasn’t all that clean. The breakfast was suitable and nice to have before an early flight. The staff was helpful. The airport shuttle wasn’t included in the rate we paid. We paid for the shuttle and it was on time and courteous service. "

"I booked this room for one night we were greeted by a security guard to check us in !! No front desk!!! thanks god it was only one night the Orchid has a great location but the hotel is very outdated you feel like walking down a prison hallway dim lighting and mold smell. The room Was small no information about the place no water!! No front desk! They had a some kind of large blue WiFi that would stay on lit half the room up hard to sleep broken fire alarm the pillows seem like they where from the dollar store I’m very surprised that Expedia has this place on there website they did however offer one free coffee and a danish nice touch The cost was over 700.00 honestly it should be 150.00 a night. Stay away "

"Nice room, clean , nice color scheme. A good free breakfast was included. It rained every day I was there so I did not get in the pool, hot tub or the Ocean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a washer/dryer which I used. Bed was comfortable. Good pillows. No complaints whatsoever. 5 star"

"Overall, stay was okay. They couldn’t accommodate to my clinical sites and schooling schedule. They would coke Other than, I had a few issues with towels being stocked after “services and toilet paper. I called multiple times sign multiple occasions regarding tissue and fowel replacement. I ended up buying my own toilet paper l, mind you I’m from California and there for 18 plus days.!"

"Nice overall area, the pool and beach areas were nice, but not overwhelmingly so relative to the cost. The staff was generally nice, but occasionally disinterested and at times, the place felt understaffed. Waited over 4 hours on a towel request and had to request again, waited over 20 minutes after eating to get a check, kind of a recurring theme. Had one of the front desk staff go out of the way to help me and one employee give us towels when the dispenser broke - two positive examples, but the overall experience was more like what you'd expect at the Holiday Inn. "
