"4th floor carpet was NASTY. Place needed a complete remodel! Not what I expected at all for the $ I spent. Breakfast was minimal - below expectations. AC was loud - hard to sleep. Need Wyndham unannounced inspection team to show up and detail findings and recommendations."

"Shuttle and staff were all great. The first room we checked into had dog hair all over the sleeper sofa, so they moved us to a different room- much cleaner but found dog food under the chairs. Bathrooms were clean!"

"They did not honor our room reservations, we had 2 booked over a month ago …. And told us when we arrived we ran out of rooms , after we paid the full amount… and suggested we go to another hotel, much less money & way out of our way at 5:00 in Palm Beach during rush hour…. We missed our dinner reservation… we had to cancel our girls weekend… because we had no where to stay…. And then drive 4 hours back home at night… I had never experienced anything like this … and the manger was horrible, just said to bad we ran out of rooms … So I had to pay a cancellation fee to get my money back & they cancelled our rooms … I will never stay at a Hilton again & I’m a rewards member… such a horrible experience.."

"A pound arriving at the hotel our room had already been given away, even though we were arrived before midnight and had made two phone calls to the hotel as well as reached out to them via the messaging app twice. We we were assured our room would be their first when we arrived. I arrived at 10:30 PM and they stated our room has been given away. They did provide us with an alternative room. There were poop smears on the seats of the chairs in the sitting room area as well as the chair in the bedroom. The wallpaper was peeling away from the walls. There was also a handicapped room, so unfortunately everything was at waist night. This wasn’t too bad just a little inconvenient. The staff were absolutely wonderful, kind and courteous. The breakfast was acceptable. It would’ve been nice to have some bacon as a change from the sausage they provided every day even Sunday."

"Staff was friendly, accompanying and helpful. Basic hotel room that was clean. We do wish fees were more upfront and listed on Expedia. There was a $45 resort fee per day and also a valet fee of $57 per day. We were not aware of this and there was no other parking option available. Would likely not return to this location despite a good experience. "
