They made eye contact but oddly didn’t say a word and this was my experience throughout the entire stay. We came down for breakfast at 9:10, ask for waffle mix because it was empty and was told “Well, we close at 9:30 today.” That really took the cake for me. On the brighter side, the bed was very comfortable! "
