"Conveniently located next to the Rialto bridge on the main canal. Our room had windows overlooking the grand canal. A little noisy at night but that was expected and really didn’t bother us. Padova is a pleasing city - lovely architecture, great indoor market. Plenty to do. We visited here only because of the flooding in Venice - really glad we did - lots of good restaurants and reasonably priced.

Thoroughly enjoyed Padova - great mixture of Art and Architecture. Easy to navigate, with lovely side streets leading to lively Piazzas. Good was great, and all major shopping brands available alongside local crafts

Lovely town which much to see, calm and quiet compared to Venice which we did a day trip to. Good shopping and wonderful food markets
