The place is absolutely incredible, felt like staying in the most romantic and lovely room ever. It clean, luxurious and spacious, full of rustic charm. Worth staying here in Ravenna as a central place from which to explore. Stayed a couple of nights and, despite my allergic rhinitis, I slept well without any severe symptom flare up. Superb boutique hotel in a fantastic location right in the centre of the historical part. Spa was fantastic, room was spacious with amazing AC. Amenities were spot on including a full minibar stocked up every day for free. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Everything is great except the wifi. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and well maintained. Service is very good. Breakfast had a lot of options. And the location is also very convenient. The only complain is about the absolutely terrible wifi. When you pay this much and stay at a Hilton, you expect the wifi to be fast and stable, this was clearly not.

Really liked the hotel itself. Staff wasn't very pleasant. A bit rude, didn't explain anything, when I asked where breakfast is served for example, he pointed behind him and gave me a look like he thought I was daft. Breakfast was typical Italian fare - good and fresh. Breakfast girl was same as front guy - a bit rude. She didn't greet us and I had to go to the bar and wait a few minutes before she finally awknowledged me for my drink order. If they increased their customer service would be 5/5.

The apartment was clean, the check-in process was easy, and the place was easy to find. The neighborhood is quiet and nice, and considering the price, everything was really good and met our expectations. The only small downside was the check-in time. Check-in is strictly at 3:00 PM, and since we arrived about 10 minutes earlier, we had to wait outside until exactly 3:00 to access the code. The hotel was really comfortable, and the air conditioning excellent for this very hot stay (temp 38c) The breakfast was plentiful and the service and helpfulness of the staff much appreciated. The hotel is perfectly placed in the old part of Padua, everything is accessible by foot. Next door is a lively bar, but it was quiet by 11pm. We caught a taxi to the hotel from the station and paid 7Euros. However in cooler temperatures, would be a comfortable walk. We will definitely be staying at this...
