"Lovely hotel very clean with friendly staff and parking available. Shares a road with rockaway beach. Pet friendly, ice machines, and an elevator. My only complaints are that I could hear every footstep of the person in the room above us and that the sink in the bathroom did not reach over the sink very far so water went everywhere. Otherwise great pick 👌 I wouls recommend but would request to stay on the top floor."

"I stayed here last night and overall the room was clean and tidy. The property itself seemed well maintained, and I appreciated the cleanliness. However, my experience at checkout was disappointing. When I showered around 8:45 a.m., the water was cold, and I was barely able to shower. I mentioned this to the front desk at checkout, and instead of apologizing or looking into it, the staff member told me he had showered at 6 a.m. without any issue. That response felt dismissive, as our experiences were clearly different. There was no apology or effort to address the concern — I was simply told “okay, you’re done,” and that was it. While the room itself was fine, customer service matters. A simple acknowledgment or apology would have made a big difference."

"My stay was substandard. The amenities that most hotels or motels have this place did not. It was not as clean and the tv was ridiculous. Not one Chanel that I recognized and the picture quality was poor. "

"Al staff no le importa el cliente. Simplemente estan ahi ocupando su silla. Fue mi error dejar el auto mal estacionado. Pero no fueron capaces de avisarme, vino la grua y se lo llevo. Al otro dia no me podian decir ni siquiera quien se lo llevo para recuperarlo, hasta las 9AM que llegaba la Manager. Mi error fue el de estacionar mal. Pero la actitud y ayuda del staff del hotel fue menos 10!! "

"NO AC, there is a gas heater in there that emits heat even though it is turned off. Asked for a fan and they didn’t have any. Can’t open the curtains either since people could see you inside. Great views though!"
