The area was clean except for ants in the rooms. We were with some family and the ants were more for them on the 2nd floor. This issue was reported to the front desk. Also, I wasnt happy about paying parking fees. I can understand if we were in a busy location like downtown SF. All the staff were nice and helpful.

Check in at 3:30 pm was a mess. Only one person at the check in desk and she was doing everything! Computers were down and we spent a good 30 minutes trying to get checked in. Room was very nice and quiet

It could have been si much better. There was a plate of food left in our microwave from the previous guests. (Moldy) might I add. No one’s how long it’s been. There was still trash under the sink. It was not a very pleasant stay. I found ants in my bed. Other Home2Suites have been so much better! They have to up their game!!
