3 beds were clean and comfortable, but we needed 4 beds, and the last was a fold out camp bed. And unfortunately we had no hot water. Not great for a winter holiday. But it was an easy walk to the heart of Oxford and the hosts responded quickly. However, they were not able to sort out the hot water.

Very average
Location was quite convenient despite being approx 15min walk away from city centre. Code entry to the building/room worked without issues (there are no keys). Bed was comfortable and clean, plenty of pillows. The room was pretty big. I did not have issues with sreet noise but noise from other rooms, it sounded like elephants were stomping above me. There was also this weird super loud noise, still no idea what it was (maybe pipes, shower...), that woke you up multiple times. There was also what looked like mold/mildew on the bathroom wall. Wifi was ok. Overall an average place good for one night if you don’t want to break the bank.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Easy to get to, about a 15-20 minute walk from central Oxford. It was a little confusing in terms of check-in; I didn't get the code to the door and my room until I reached out myself, but once I did it was very easy. Overall great bang for your buck - cuter and more quaint than a hotel and has a full kitchen with new appliances if you want to cook.

Conveniently located and really easy check in, with details of codes etc emailed beforehand. Clean and good amenities. Had wanted to try and arrange early check in but found communication difficult - the phone number on Expedia was either incorrect or the booking agent didn't respond, and no response on Expedia messaging either. Did finally get through via email on the day.
