"The shuttle service was great!!! The room was clean and staff very helpful. The breakfast was great. The only issue was there was no trash can space to throw away your plates from breakfast. Maybe just add a few more trash cans in the breakfast section. Great place to stay in NYC!!!"

The free breakfast was excellent with a variety of hot and cold choices. I adored the poppy seed scones. My room was smaller than I anticipated and a microwave in the room would have been helpful."
