"Friendly staff, clean and cosy rooms, tasty food and a great location"

"The cottage itself is lovely, and has a lot of potential. It’s a large cottage which accomodates 5. Lighting wasn’t working in all rooms which was a nuisance and the facilities in the kitchen were dirty and not maintained well. Oven and stove worked, coffee machine filthy. Given that you would hire a cottage to do self catering, it wasn’t one of the better cottages we have stayed in. We found it a cold welcoming, no welcome note, only a small box of biscuits on entry. "Great place to stay as a central location"

"Great breakfast!! and the remodeling will be great!!"

"The location and the people were very nice"

"This was my favorite place to stay while in Britain. The owners are wonderful, the food was the BEST I ate in the country, and the atmosphere was perfect."

"Breakfast was great and super friendly staff."

"Lovely clean large room. Great tv with a superb picture. Plenty of tea / coffee and biscuits welcome tray. We were surprised how quiet our sleep was, the pub below was busy but no sound from it. The decoration of the whole venue is incredible with so much to look at. There is a lot of car spaces but the area is very busy so it’s a bit of a search to find one."

"Ready enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable room. Good choice for breakfast. Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Didn't eat in the bistro restaurant but did enjoy food from the bar menu. We added the Indulgence package to our booking and would really recommend this, well worth the cost."

"Best hotel in Weymouth first came here 26 years ago on the way to and from Gurnsey CIs with my late wife"

"Ample parking in front of the house and very close to Weymouth Marina and town. Pete, was very accommodating in making sure you were comfortable in your room. Self breakfasts were very good from yoghurts, fresh fruits, cereals, tea and coffee which allowed you to breakfast at your own leisure."
