"The shuttle picks uou right at the front door and runs every 15-20 minutes from 530a-10pm to the Cleveland Clinic. The valet us also right st the front door. Its hassle free, they have a restaurant on site, clean rooms with big showers..it makes our trip up to the clinic 4 times a year so much easier."

"Clean and spacious room for my son and I to go to a concert at Playhouse Square. Valet is a bit pricey but totally worth it to not figure out where to park when you aren't from the area. Lovely hotel and location! Ordered Uber Eats after the show and had no problem with selections for food too."

"The staff was very nice and accommodating, however we arrived to check in we were initialy checked in to a half cleaned room were one of the 2 beds was partially made (Initial reservation was for a king bed)"

"Clean room with comfy bed. TV was a smart WiFi one that kept kicking me off and asking me to sign in again every four minutes. Disappointing since we had an infant who likes to watch bouncing fruit videos on YouTube to settle down for bed. Elevator was down so we had to take the stairs. "

"The staff are super friendly and helpful, and I can’t emphasize enough how kind they were. The property on the other hand is kinda rough with old appliances/tvs and no tv guide. The breakfast was an extra charge, and the area was kinda out of the way for what was charged. Also, this is not a comment on my rating of the place merely a note for people considering staying there; the few shops that were nearby weren’t open. "

"I didn’t know where the gym was. Room was very clean but the refrigerator smelled like cigarette smoke. My clothes smelled like it when I got home as well. Check in was delayed to rooms not being ready. I was late for my appointment."
