"Very cool hotel with rich history. Love the brick walls and original feel to it. Neat stories of the hotel and town. Will definitely stay there again."

Staff excellent. Room very spacious and clean, but was quite cool. Needs a mirror in the room. It did get noisy from the casino on Saturday night. Didn't use casino. Meals good value. However an issue with the free breakfast on the second morning. Expedia said we had 2 free breakfasts per day as did the check in staff. But on Monday morning we were told they'd made a mistake and those booked through Expedia didn't get free breakfast even though we'd had it on Sunday. The manager did give us the...

We were booked in for 3 nights but when we couldn't get wifi in the room as stated we cancelled after 1 night. As we're a long way from home it was imperative to be able to stay in touch with elderly family. The staff were amazing bending over backwards to try and help. Bree and Angie were wonderful and can't thank them enough. It's a lovely hotel and we didn't really want to leave. Also Dana the manager refunded us so we were very grateful for that.

Clean, spacious room, TV with some apps available (netflix, prime). Happy and helpful staff! Good breakfast options, especially for hiking. Ideal area in town. Loved the pool n hot tub, and especially the views from it! Thank you!

Three-night short break at The Broadmoor was the ideal R&R. Plenty to do and see, or just relax by the pool. Wide choice of food options. The whole food cafe was TOP NOTCH for choice, food quality and service.
Two reservations prevented 5* review across the board - quality of the sushi in the Play cafe (attached to the bowling alley) was poor - a huge surprise given the high quality food elsewhere on campus. And no-one told us in advance that Sunday breakfast was not available in the Lakeside...

Check in was efficient. Received the type of room requested and although it faced the road we did have view of Pikes Peak and it was quiet. The room was spacious with microwave and fridge. Aircon worked well. We used the pool once and it was refreshingly cool. Breakfast was a typical American breakfast choice.
No concerns or issues. Would recommend staying here. Note it is a little way from the main historic part of Manitou Springs where parking bus and issue.

I'm not going to lie, I was a bit unsure about staying here as I'm not at all religious. However, I went ahead as other reviewers said similar. It was great value for money and set in stunning surroundings, so I "gave it a go". And I'm really pleased that I did. What a lovely property on absolutely stunning surroundings. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. And did I mention the stunning scenery?!

Nice hotel for a visit to Manitou Springs. Clean and comfortable with nice pool and hot tub. Good breakfast serving both hot and cold items.
15 minute walk to centre of Manitou but free shuttle bus also available in the town just a couple of minutes walk from hotel.
