"Worst room ever. No trash can, no towels, TV didn't work. No phone-- it was like the room was stripped. The front desk lady said she would fix it but did not. Awful experience"

"Hot tub was not warm enough or bubbling. Tv was not working in the first room we were assigned. The room we got moved too was not to our standards. The floor was dirty with seeds and crumbs on the ground by the beds and the desk was sticky with syrup. The carpet was ugly and had stains. We were unhappy with our room."

"The parking was horrendous. Every other car took up two spots in their already tiny parking lot. There were constantly random people hanging out in the hallways at all hours of the day and night. My kids couldn't enjoy the pool because they were watched through the window the entire time by other guests or people who lived in the hotel. We felt very unsafe and out of place here. I would never stay here again."
