"All facilities were good. Looks like a new hotel!!"

"Overall excellent, but I noticed two things that need improvement. First, the heater, air conditioner/heater seemed to be working independently of the thermostat. I finally got the temperature to be comfortable, but it required a lot of experimentation. Also, there was snow and ice outside the exit that was not addressed in a timely fashion. I almost fell as I was exiting the first time in the morning. That was at 9:00AM."

"Really nice, new hotel. Everything was very clean, the bedding was very comfortable and the breakfast was first rate. One comment about this hotel and new construction hotels, in general, is the lack if overhead lighting in the rooms. In this case, there was not enough other lighting in the room. It was quite dark in the room even with all the lights turned on."

"Mandy greeted us upon entering. She was great! She informed us of the breakfast schedule and had recommendations for dinner in Limon. She was genuinely interested in us and that really made a difference on where to stay in the future in Limon."
