"Breakfast was great. Checkin was seamless and staff was very friendly. Nice room with good space. Down side: pillows were very flat, and the glass desk/dresser top was greasy--hadn't been cleaned. Shower was great but tub needed something to alleviate slipperiness -- front desk said they had mats, but no one told us. We probably would stay again, depending on relative pricing."

"It was pretty clean. The staff was very nice. Had to ask for extra towels because there were only 3 which I never understand why they ask when you book how many people but then there is never enough stuff in the room for the amount of people. The room was comfortable, couch/bed was nice. Very weird placement of TV in the room. Otherwise pretty nice."

"This location was a very good location in which to stay near our needed to be at locations. We had a decent room but the room was tired looking and in need of updating. We had one issue in the bathroom where a small roach came out and was dealt with immediately. The hotel could have made more money by stocking up the drinks and snacks area. The breakfasts were okay but better options would have been nice along with better coffee. The staff was always friendly and where they could be they were accommodating. We have not share some of these items with the front desk as we were busy trying to get to our various locations. We tried to even stay at another La Quinta in Flagstaff, AZ but they had a elevator that was broken and no more down stairs rooms. We did see that the pool was without water and that would have been nice to know ahead of the booking. The location was convienent to where we needed to be for the week. We liked that there were many restaurants and shopping options nearby too."

"Pool was out of service, so was spa, television didn’t work front desk had to call maintenance, waited almost 2 hours, finally just signed in on our phone for a remote because remote didn’t work. Hair dryer didn’t work, brought a new one, that didn’t work, maintenance finally showed up fixed the new hair dryer right before we were going to bed. Still waiting 10 days later for my $50 deposit, called today, mailbox full, called main number to Travelodge, they were suppose to call back, never did. Very disappointed with hotel and customer service."

"If you want a hotel within a ten minute drive of the Colorado Springs airport, you should consider this hotel. But .. please read the details below. What we liked: proximity to the airport; room was clean ; air conditioning units were very responsive ; they do have a shuttle to the hotel ; there are two elevators ; there is a breakfast buffet available, but only from 0630-0830. However, you can order a “to go” breakfast if you are flying earlier than the breakfast buffet is open. What we didn’t like: the shuttle to/from the airport is from another hotel, and only available from 0500-1700; and only picks up on the hour+10, or hour+40. And, you have to schedule pick-ups in advance. So, this is a Hyatt close to an airport without its own shuttle. No coffee in the room.. I’m baffled on this one. Air conditioning was either on or off.. there was no way modulate it. So when you’re sleeping, do not expect a constant temperature unless you leave the door open to the front room and leave that one on. The elevators are small.. really small and barely fit the baggage trolly and the two of us. And, the elevators are not convenient to find as the signs are deceptive when directing customers to the actual elevator locations. Parking spots are more sized for compacts and motorcycles than SUVs, minivans and trucks."
