"Staff / manager tried her best to address issues and was very kind… keep in mind this street has may historical older Spanish style buildings, that’s the charm of this street… and this hotel is not the exception. So with older buildings, there will be water temperature issues, insulation is not as up to date , nor door seals - so you will hear outside noise. Inside decor of our suite was very cute & cozy. Part of the Spanish charm of the building is the Spanish outside clay tiles ( probably original) but when employees roll their carts over them they are very loud especially when rolling close to your unit. Breakfast - was an issue for me, I was not to happy… but the manager addressed it and said she’s speak to the breakfast team… as all food should be continued to be made available up until 10am. (If you need a filling breakfast w protein- it’s probably best to go out instead). "

The rooms were clean and with two children I appreciated that there was a door separating the two beds instead of the typical side by side; loved this most about the room. The fireplace worked great and the shower was nice. "
