"The TV didn't work most of the time and the staff was not there to help. The room can use a lot more light. The lamp on the wall inbetween the bed was insufficient. I like the key code to open our door instead of carrying around a key card and having to worry that gets lost, forgotten or demagnetized. It also allowed for check-in before arrival and allowed us to get in right away."

"We stayed for 1 night. We will stay longer next time. Prime location to downtown and the fisherman's Wharf. We utilized the gym in the morning it was nice. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The valet parking staff provided excellent customer service. We definitely will be back."

"Other than the ice machine I didn’t use any other amenities, not sure of any other amenities they had to begin with. When asked about the WiFi signal not working in my room all I was told was that it doesn’t work in that specific room. They didn’t offer any other solutions and simply just stayed quiet and looked at me without saying a single word. The Lights in our room were coming off the wall. Shower curtain holder was also coming off the wall. I definitely will not be staying there again especially at the price point that I got. I’m sure there are many other options out there that would have been a lot better."

"The room was very clean and spacious. The shower was hot and powerful. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We love the breakfast especially the waffles (when we saw the waffle irons, we knew this was a top-notch place), the eggs, sausages, muffins, fruit, etc. Also, we like their coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and juice station. We used one of their handicapped parking spaces which was very convenient for us. The Victorian Inn was a very quiet place and located in walking distance to Cannery Row and the Monterey Aquarium. We had an enjoyable stay in The Victorian Inn. Highly recommend this place!"
