Close to the Tokyo Garden Theather

We wanted to stay a bit further from Tokyo this time so picked this hotel as it offered larger rooms as well for a good price. We had a studio for 2 people which was very nice and comfortable with a great view from the balcony. I stayed here for 4 nights and found the hotel to be nice with friendly and helpful staff. Communication was sometimes a bit difficult, but I think that is more my fault as I'm a south asian brown guy who speaks with a bit of a Cockney accent, but we got there in the end!! 😆 The bed was a bit more on the firm side of my preference, but I still found it comfortable and was able to have a very good sleep. Extremely well situated.

I think I’ll stay here every time I travel to Tokyo. The location was perfect, the room was very spacious with breathtaking views. Great transport links to the underground metro and the swanky yarikamome line. It’s more on the 5 star side than 4 star. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic hotel. The rooms were modern and clean and spacious. Breakfast was slightly limited but still really good.

What a hotel! We stayed here for our final 3 nights in Tokyo, we were going to do 1 but decided to stay the 3 because we wanted to feel settled. They let us check in at 11:30am at no extra cost because it was quiet, our room was spacious and really modern and the shopping area and restaurant area had lots to choose from. Getting into Tokyo was so easy and it was so handy when leaving to be able to grab a trolley and go straight to departures! Highly recommend this hotel

The customer service at this hotel was impeccable. It was in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood, which suited us. It was a two minute walk from Gaiemmae metro station which is on the very handy Ginza line. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our questions and phoned onward hotels for us when we had questions. The room was clean and had excellent amenities. Thoroughly recommend!

Efficient and customer focused. They offer airport transfer all day log almost.How do they not have 5 stars... I would have stayed there during my holiday had it to been so far
