We were staying in Tokyo for 8 nights, this was a family trip. Great location at Daiba, monorail station between the Tokyo Daiba and Hilton hotels, area around the hotels provides nice walks along the waterfront and plenty of retail therapy if you need it. Hotel facilities were good,we included breakfast as we had our 2 teenage boys, breakfast was well worth it. Only bugbear was gym and pool facilities had to be paid separately and were approx £10 a visit, my son and I used this once, the...

Excellent stay. Stored our luggage in advance of arriving and helped forward along at the end. Provided us with a baby cot and staff were super friendly. Great location for access to Osaki station on the Yamanote line.

Fantastic location, not too quiet but not busy at all with plenty of restaurants nearby. Top notch, well kept facilities, friendly staff.
100% would use again

Tokyo Dome Hotel is a good place to stay and I would recommend that anyone visiting the city considers it. It is in an excellent location, next to the Tokyo Dome itself (obviously), some shops, a funfair and a railway station. The hotel is very clean and tidy and the rooms are bigger than I expected. The staff are very professional and friendly but for international travellers, be aware that very little English is spoken in the hotel. To be clear, I am not saying everyone in Japan should learn...

Perfect location and great staff. Our room was on 38th floor so we had fantastic views and the noise below wasnt an issue. The one gripe we had was the lack of clothing storage. Just one small rail with 4 or 5 hangers and nowhere to put our suitcases. We would still definitely recommend Hotel Groove Shinjuku to anyone in spite of this.

Excellent hotel, very clean and lots of staff to help.
Lounge access as part of room helped avoid the crowds and get a drink and snack in the day. Less queues for breakfast in the lounge but still plenty of options.
Outdoor pool nice and relaxing, a few to use but that is part of the service and so relaxing.
Hotel really close to Disney line and so if going to the parks excellent, can use the monorail to go into Tokyo as well on connecting trains
Overall excellent hotel ideal for Disney

I had left it ten years between visits to Tokyo, but won't leave it as long next time! The people in general are friendly and welcoming, and those at the hotel are no different.
The room was large by Tokyo standards and very comfortable, and the staff unfailingly polite and helpful, from housekeeping to front desk to concierge. I have a little Japanese, which they were patient enough to bear with, but were also happy to use English when needed.

The concierge staff is very helpful and communication in English is easy. They've been very helpful with sorting out the luggage transfer for us to Osaka. They're breakfast is amazing as well!

I wish I read the instructions folder in my room with all the facilities available. Lots of help items the hotel can supply. You get 2 bottles of water a day with new towels every day. The iron board which square and just a flat board was a challenge. Great view from my room I was quite high. Lifts go 8th floor then you need your hotel card in the other lifts to reach your room. Amazing location and checkout was my fastest ever.

We liked our stay at Sequence. Neat, clean and very functional hotel. Rooms are small though, but everything needed is there. Maybe I would go for a twin room next time, to have a bigger space ;)
Breakfast is good. Tasty croissants with egg and chicken. Good to have it ;)

We loved the peaceful location of the Ginza Creston, and really welcomed the air-conditioned reception each time we returned. The staff were very polite but had limited English, which made booking taxi's a bit nerve-racking, but there were three subway/metro stations within easy walking distance. Our room was a reasonable size but the views were breath-taking, from the bedroom window. We could see right across Tokyo to the mountains. House-keeping was good, fresh dressing gowns and towels were...
