"Room was newly refurbed, and done quite nicely. Lots of sockets around, but decided lack of storage. Just one tiny rail with 4 hangars on it, in a double room booked for 3 nights!!! No shelving, and just one drawer in the desk. I had to keep my clothes piled on top of my suitcase, jackets hanging off the back of the chair as there were no hooks either. I asked reception for extra hangars and was told I couldnt have any!!! I was disgusted - never been refused extra hangars in all my extensive travels. There's large new TV, and the bed was comfortable. However the shower is one of those awful static ones - I have long hair and dont want to get it wet every time I have a shower! No breakfast included and parking was an extra £5 per night. But it was the hangar situation that really got me - I mean, surely they could have a supply of some cheap metal hangars to loan out to people. Also no hairdryer in the room, although you can borrow one from reception. I wont be stopping here again though."

"Thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable stay. Clean comfortable accommodation. Extremely welcoming and amenable staff. Central location with ease of access to places we were due to visit. Will definitely stay again. Best wishes for ongoing success with the business. "

"Barely acceptable, is giving more praise than deserved. Bed had a huge dent in the sleep area. Toilets seat was broken, & had been for a while. Lifts none functioning. Room freezing, on what was the hottest day after the year. Actually pump iced chilled water thro radiators. Quilt thin. No food at hotel. Much building demolition. Zero sleep, & i mean zero, cold uncomfortable. T.V. had only one channel "Prime", because i logged into my ,own account. Hairdryer broken, mains leads jammed into broken junction box. What happened to the " relax" in our deep baths. One leaky mouldy shower! Not worth wasting more time on this review. 😡"

"Studio apartment was perfect, all the basic necessities, clean, equipped kitchen, modern bathroom. Right in the town centre. And for an unbeatable price. Recommend to anyone needing a short stay in Wolverhampton "

"The most dirtiest hotel I've ever seen! The carpets were covered by dirts and stains, moulds were everywhere on the corners of windows and room, toilet was not clean. I booked a room with a queen size bed and sofa bed. The hotel sent me a message askinge if I need the sofa bed with a note that if I dont respond within few hours, they will assume I dont need it. I dont understand why did ask such a question in thw first place as it was included as part of room booking and how 2 adults+2 kids could fit in a queen size bed alone!! The question was utterly annoying considering that we had already been travelling and had no time to check my messages. Upon arrival, the staffs were not welcoming at all. We stayed in many Novotel hotels in the UK and abroad in the past, but the recent one was very unpleasant. The hotel obviously is in desperate need of renovation and more importantly recruiting a new management team."

"Apartment was not the cleanest and kitchen contained lot of broken utensils, dirty saucepans, and a kettle that didn’t work. Overall needed some attention to detail. Key box appears to have been broken into, not a great first impression "
