The people make the difference

Maria was brilliant. Contacted me prior to arrival to check if I needed anything or information which made me feel confident about the stay beforehand, was very welcoming and personable and I felt genuine care about me and my stay at Domo. Couldn’t ask for anything more from a host and something which is rare in hotels in my experience.

Amazing hotel, super friendly staff. Food available is fantastic, recommend the special curries. Room very spacious and the bed was so comfortable.

Very efficient, clean, comfortable and very welcoming. The surrounding area felt a bit run down and unsafe. However the train station was nearby and there are several bus routes available.

A beautiful unique little hotel in oldbury the staff were very helpful the breakfast was perfect and the room itself was amazing loved every minute of our stay just wish we could have stayed longer but will definitely be back without a doubt one of the very best hotels to have stayed in

Excellent stay

Such a beautiful boutique hotel. I stayed in passing on a business trip, and I felt relaxed and at home here. The decor is beautiful and the customer service is second to none - Maria is a star. Breakfast was amazing. A really enjoyable experience, I will be back!

Lovely short trip!

We stayed for one night as we were going to a concert at Utilia. We arrived later than planned so decided to have dinner at the hotel which was delicious. Room was lovely and exceeded expectations. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfast in our room. We will definitely book here again next time we visit Birmingham.

Puppy trip.

From the moment we arrived Maria was a wonderful host. The interior styling was so stylish but welcoming. The layout of our room was lovely. Food and drinks service was tasty and offered an excellent amount of choice . We only wish we could have stayed longer but it was the perfect stay before we collected our new puppy the next morning.The mix of comfort and technology was incredible and made us feel relaxed and safe.

Absolutely Amazing experience

Absolutely amazing, The bed was so comfortable it was the BEST sleep I ever had for a long time. There is a menu in the room with a list of absolutely amazing choices of breakfast I was pleasantly surprised. Staff were warm and friendly, made us feel so welcomed and at home. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and I can honestly say this was one of the very best if not the best I’ve experienced. The staff that prepared our freshly prepared breakfast each morning was so polite, friendly and made us feel at home.

Was a last min booking , could not have gone better, after booking I received a call making sure all was Ok for check in, when I final got there, I was warmly welcomed, quickly checked in and shown my room.
