We had to abandon trip due to an emergency tried to move the booking to the following weekend. Initially hotel suggested it was possible but then decided it wouldn’t. Expedia staff were excellent in trying to assist. we understand the terms of the booking but as a frequent traveller the first time we have found a hotel operator to be inflexible which is a shame. As we weren’t able to complete the visit unable to comment on the rest of the facilities but unlikely to choose stop at a days inn again.

Happy with my stay

Very clean and welcoming. 100% I would recommend it if you're thinking of staying. One downfall is M6 Toll. But if you ask the staff they'll explain how to avoid it.
