Our room was one of two on the ground floor fitted with extra grab rails and alarm/assistance cords. Fairly spacious room and bathroom. Sliding bathroom door was a little heavy to open and close. Staff were very good and helpful dealing with a couple of minor issues (missing TV controller and exiting the car park avoiding the toll). It was a very good experience, representing great value for money. Good to see some generosity regarding the tea and coffee components. Easy access to the services facilities. A couple criticisms; there was only one plug socket and uncertain if this is common to the other rooms, also, the mattress was far too soft for my liking. Overall, good sized rooms, clean and tidy, pleasant and helpful staff. Good value.

Happy with my stay

Very clean and welcoming. 100% I would recommend it if you're thinking of staying. One downfall is M6 Toll. But if you ask the staff they'll explain how to avoid it.

Friendly and easy check in. Room was perfect for my needs. Slept well. Room clean and bed comfy. It surprised me how quiet it was at night. Took Winnie on her dog walk out of the grounds and wandered to see Chasewater. I have no hesitation in recommending staying here.

Excellent good vulue for money A policy should be inforced for inconsiderate guests staying at the hotel who choose to smoke. This is not just inconsiderare for other guests who inhale unwanted 2 x smoke. But for the poor cleaning staff who are exposed to this irritant
