We received a very warm welcome, with lots of relevant information provided. We were offered help with luggage, which was very much appreciated. The room and en suite bathroom were both large and the bed was very comfortable, with extra pillows already in the wardrobe if needed. High quality tea and coffee provided in the room. The soap and shower gel smelt divine! A very friendly chat with reception staff on check out, and they seemed genuinely keen to know if we'd enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this hotel :)

Gem of a place! Gorgeous old building with high ceilings and plasterwork in the bar and breakfast rooms. Delicious cooked breakfast made to order. Staff super friendly and helpful.
