"Great location, but paying extra for parking and $35 a night when you are already paying almost 200 for the night is greedy. This is the first and last hotel I will ever stay at that does not include parking for its guests in the nightly rate. It was not transparent when making reservation. Also the entrance was very difficult to find and drive in to as well as very small room and bathrooms. The bed was uncomfortable and too hard with just a cheap mattress topper that still couldn't make the bed soft enough without pain in hips and back and shoulders for side sleepers. The check in process was very easy and quick, staff was very friendly and the lobby and decor was warm and inviting. "

"Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast area had plenty of seating. Food items included waffles, yogurt, dry cereal, bread items, coffee and several microwavable frozen items. Location is within walking distance to restaurants and the convention center. The only complaint is the "limited" parking. If you have a car there are about 10 parking spots and they sell out fast leaving you to look for street parking or a parking garage."

"Have stayed here several times over the years and this location is my go-to for Seattle. It's centrally located, very walkable and close to transit. Rooms are small but well laid out, clean and designed to be "smart" with everything controlled by an app. There is a great communal area to hang out. Bar is insanely expensive but signature cocktails are tasty. Staff are always extremely pleasant. Highly recommend."
