"Everything about the place was amazing except some of the loud guests in the pool and in the corridors! Pools were amazing when not crowded. The saunas and jacuzzi was pretty good as were the cinema and karaoke space rooms. Of course, there is also the ease of being about to walk downtown, to the waterfront and South Lake Union restaurants!"

"The first room we got was very small and not remodeled like the pictures I saw when I booked the hotel. The staff was amazing and was able to accommodate me and switched me rooms. The new room was much nicer, however the AC did not work and I had to sleep with the window open. I did report the AC however I’m assuming it slipped their mind. I also asked for fresh towels, and that was forgotten as well."

"I have stayed here several times over the past 10 years. It was always fine. But this time something was amiss. It seemed more run-down, gloomier. Little things like stains on hallway carpet, printer unable to print flight pass, and housekeeping staff using the same elevator we use slowing it down. Elevators were slow. Sorry."

"Had to wait a bit to check in as we arrived right at 4pm. The lobby had lots of seating. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and neat. Location is great, lots of things within walking distance, including Pike Place Market. There’s plenty of parking in the garage, but not much up by the lobby. Would definitely go back"
