The service was top-notch at every tough point. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again!

After a long flight and a difficult drive it was great to be greeted by Jordan who was excellent. He got us checked in quickly, told us where everything was and we were on our way to the room. The room was excellent, super comfy and we got the good nights rest we needed.

Staff were friendly & breakfast had lots of choice. Room was a little tired but the lake view was fab. No soap/body wash in room but may have been an oversight as there was shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. No tea but coffee in the room. Comfortable for one night.

Walls are thick enough for there to be no noise disturbance (confirmed by a colleague staying next door when I apologised for a particularly loud phonecall which he did not hear a decibel of). Reception staff were polite, helpful and informative. I appreciated the 24hr coffee/tea facilities...
