"I would really give 4.5 stars as it was a comfortable hotel, clean but like most South Bend/Mishawaka hotels shows it's age to some degree. Staff was friendly, pool small but looked fun for families, we did not sample the breakfast but it is a nice addition. For a non-football weekend the price was good as well. 4.5 stars if we could!"

"Not a lot of breakfasts offerings. I stayed for 3 nights very very noisy all night for 2 nights. A family with 3 kids mom and dad. I think they could have put them in a room with no neighbors. Common sense."

We were there for a lacrosse tournament and he would have liked to watch TV after playing three games in a row. But overall it was a good experience. "
