"We enjoyed our stay at Spring House Inn. It reminded us of staying in a state park lodge. It is on a large property with a creek, lots of trees, plenty of parking. Our room was large, clean, and quiet. Breakfast offerings included eggs, sausage, waffles, and yogurt. The hotel is very convenient for a visit to near-by Indiana Dunes National Park (visitor center is about a 6 minute drive). We would stay again. In terms of feeling safe and nearness to the park, the surrounding area is great. It is very residential. There is a pizza restaurant next door. No other shops or businesses in the surrounding blocks. "

"The ice machine worked the first day we arrived, but it broke down and wasn’t repaired until our last day. We were ar the hotel for 10 days, The front desk would give us ice if we went downstairs. "

"Staff was AMAZING during check-in. They had great positive welcoming vibes! I even got a warm welcoming hug from Annette. This is now my go to hotel when traveling to and from Chicago. Hotel was new and clean. Accommodations were top tier updated Lg TVs and great LED lights. Loved the lobby offerings as well. 100% happy with this hotel!"

"Room was clean— only stayed two nights so not sure if they don’t clean/replace towels for short stays but this wasn’t done during my stay. You have to pay extra for the breakfast so I can’t tell you how that was. The gym facilities were good. "

"They only leave one roll of tissue in the room. No extra roll. Other than that the staff of nice. The hotel does need some work in some rooms. The price is definitely too high for the area and condition. "
