"We had booked 2 bedrooms adjoining, which we did get. In one of the rooms, the sink was slow draining. We reported this to the front desk and they said they would have maintenance come but sink was slow draining the entire stay and when we were getting ready to check out, the sink stopped draining so we reported that on check out. The other issue we had was that I had received a message that the pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance but when we checked in, the pool and hot tub were open so were not happy about that. Otherwise, any other issues we had were resolved immediately."
