"I tried to reach the front desk and had to go through way more automation than necessary just to get a toilet plunger that they couldnt send up andnhad me cone down to grab it only for the same employee to be on the floor i was staying on ten minutes later. They also knocked on my room door when i had a "Do not disturb" sign hanging on the door. Its as if they took that sign as a challenge or something. Also when it cones to their breakfast, the sausage links were still raw in the middle. The room was at least clean and the bed was comfortable at least."

"Room was clean, water pressure was good. Bed was fine. The property outside of the room was run down and overgrown. That being said, all I wanted was a clean room and that is what I got. So, I’d stay again."

"Staff was AMAZING during check-in. They had great positive welcoming vibes! I even got a warm welcoming hug from Annette. This is now my go to hotel when traveling to and from Chicago. Hotel was new and clean. Accommodations were top tier updated Lg TVs and great LED lights. Loved the lobby offerings as well. 100% happy with this hotel!"

"Room was clean— only stayed two nights so not sure if they don’t clean/replace towels for short stays but this wasn’t done during my stay. You have to pay extra for the breakfast so I can’t tell you how that was. The gym facilities were good. "

Note that this isn’t a $350 a night Marriott. This is run and managed by a third party. Still much better value vs what’s around in the area. Staff is amazing. "
