"The place was terrible. Looked Dilapidated. While the receptionists were trying to be cordial, the manager scolded them when there requested to book taxi's. Rooms did not have proper Wi-FI coverage, romm phone did not work, air conditining was centrally controlled and had no effect. No hot water Would not recommend this for stay. I am surprised Hotels.com even lists them without proper verification. Charges are exobitant for this hotel."

"The Woodhouse hotel was our base for attending the Bruce Springsteen concert in Monza, which is just a bus and train ride away. "Really lovely hotel within walking distance of a metro. Very helpful staff, our pre booked taxi was 15 mins late for a trip but staff phoned twice to chase it up, also good communication before we arrived at the hotel. I’d say the rooms looked better than the photos and it was a really good price for Milan Hotel is outside the ZTL zone which was really good as we drove. Would recommend it as a place to stay and would definitely stay again"
