"The staff was warm and very welcoming. The room was a comfortable size and very clean. The bed was so soft and supportive. The pillows were large foam and so comfortable! The bathroom was a nice size with good water pressure. The view of the city was very nice on the 12th floor. The breakfast was simple but pleasant. The metro was right around the corner. I had a great stay! "

"We had a wonderful stay at the star echo .. the young man at reception allowed us to check in early and he and all the staff were lovely .. providing excellent service & hospitality! The hotel itself was fantastic .. absolutely no complaints from us .. highly recommend!"

"The hotel is located very close to the Duomo, it is modern, clean and well kept. The rooftop bar is amazing, although expensive (mandatory 23 euros for the first drink), but very pleasant. The room was big and very comfortable. The staff is helpful and effective. The only downsides are parking (not many options around), and no gym. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel for a luxury stay close to everything in the historical center of Milan."
