Staff very friendly, ski rentals shop within the hotel, ski in and out, room made up and cleaned daily, alot of multilingual staff, nice food on offer and parking available on site which was handy, a very enjoyable week skiing

Great proximity to shops and Vitam sports centre
The staff are really friendly and helpful
The only downside is the parking which uses the shopping centre car park which can get busy and is mostly restricted to vehicles under 1.9 metres high (though this is outside the control of the hotel)
