"Very sharp design, rooms are spacious and well laid out. About 2km from old town, but pleasant walk. Restaurant staff are very poorly trained. Will walk right by you as you wave your arms and not make eye contact. We ditched our last night reservation because we were so tired of the poor service. "

"Fantastic location. The old town, lake and shops are within a ten minute walk. The train and bus stations are 5 min walk. Friendly staff, very helpful. Breakfast great and in a lovely room."

"Excellent hotel with free parking and great location to go by bus to annecy vieille ville for 2 euros/ per way. A good coffe for 1.20 euros. Safe neighbourhood and a lot of spot for shopping near the hotel, restaurants ect. I highly recommend this hotel. A big thank you to Tanaiss who was very helpful and very friendly during our stay."

"Located within walking distance of Annecy's old town. Modern and well appointed rooms. Secure carpark available. Has restaurant, bar and bakery on site. Good pastries on offer."

"Great room! FYI we paid for the lake view, but discovered it's pretty much hidden by giant trees in the park between the hotel and lake. It didn't end up being a big issue as the view of the park and mountains was still lovely. Location was perfect. Gym was very, very small. "
