A great stay and I will certainly be using their hotels in the future. Staff and the level of support are what stood out the most. The hotel facilities, gym and swimming area, were very good. That said the level of care, support and waiting to help was amazing and I fully appreciate their time.

Very welcoming, Aaron showed us our room. It was lovely and clean. Bottled water in the fridge. All you could ask for. The bed was really comfortable. We could walk to local bars. Really would recommend a stay here. Thank you very much. Sioux and Martin.

Handy fridge and coffee maker and ice machine in the hall by the lift. You can also buy snacks and drinks in the lobby and there is a microwave to heat things up if you need to.
I can ’t fault this hotel. This was the second time we stayed there and it won’t be the last. Its location to Universal Studios is a bonus and it’s only a short...
