"This place is great, our room was well worth the money and value. Our room was in front of the elevator and the exterior is rough but the room was spacious and well worth it! came with a dvd player for some reason , kitchenett, I didn’t even know there would be dishes, pots pans, dish soap and sponges. The bathroom tub and sink were a little out of date but it’s actually an homage to a value and well worth the money. Free breakfast , cookies in the lobby every night , no they are not the greatest but they are free and freshly baked and to me, that is something! That hot tub is more powerful than the more corporate choice up the street. The breakfast is… I consider it acceptable, and a built in perk that wasn’t even mentioned in the booking. Cable tv, and an ever friendly staff. If you want a great view and an under promise / over deliver policy this place is soooooo worth it in my opinion."

"Loved that it was adults only and right on the coast. The only downfall was that our room didn’t have AC. It wasn’t broken, it just didn’t have it at all, only a heat/off option on the thermostat and two box fans in the closets. They’re renovating so hopefully this will be changed, fortunately we stayed in October when it was pretty cool outside so we slept with the fans on and windows open."

"I wavered between good and excellent. We were on the 3rd floor, room was nice and spacious with comfortable furnishings. Loved the deck facing the river! Loved the night clerk Tamara, she was delightful and super helpful. The not excellent bits - the day clerk (a man, don’t know his name he didn’t give it) was nice enough but not as welcoming and friendly as Tamara. He was supposed to message us when our room was ready but he never did. The other not great part which is likely not fixable by the hotel, the room above ours was unbelievably noisy/loud - imagine a heard of elephants bowling. Other than that, loved the hotel. The breakfast smelled good and quite a few people were indulging but we did not so i cannot speak to that. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Depending where you stay, there are no elevators you also gotta remember depending on the time of year you say there is no air-conditioning units in any of the units. overall, though the place is nice and I would stay again."
