"What a wonderfully comfortable and charming boutique hotel! We loved it so much we extended our stay a night. This place is spotless, with a "West Elm" decor vibe. The king bed was comfortable, with nice sheets, towels, and Beekman 1802 toiletries. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful. There is a fantastic breakfast every morning. The pool and hot tub were so popular that we never had a chance to use them. I do concur with other reviews that the walls are thin; I requested a top floor corner room because of this and packed a mini sized white noise generator, and it was perfect. There are top floor rooms that have somewhat of an ocean view, ours had a view of town and the parking lot. The hotel is an easy two block walk from the ocean, and a block from great restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Tolovanna Inn has been my "go-to" location on the OR coast with both family and friends. I've had multiple wonderful stays here and am never disappointed! From ck-in to ck-out every staff member I've encountered over the years has been kind, friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. The kitchens have everything you need if like me, you like at least one home cooked meal a day. Directly across the street is a market that has everything you need for meal prep. The views from the balconies are breathtaking - sunrise and sunset are spectacular and you can see Haystack Rock (and many others) all day. Ck for low tide times so you can enjoy the color and sea life in the tide pools surrounding the rocks ~ they are magnificent! Tolovanna is a stone's throw from Cannon Beach Village but out of the fray so it's quiet and enjoyable. I could not recommend a stay here more highly!"

"Outside the property needs a updating. Our bed was comfortable and we enjoyed keeping our patio door open. I think all the rooms face the water. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Staff was wonderful"

"Our 3 night stay at the River Inn at Seaside was pretty good. All of the weekday staff were so sweet and have a great sense of humor. They will jump up and hit the electric door button to make it easier to get in and out with your bags. Breakfast was a normal continental breakfast. Our only complaint was the beds and pillows. The bed is lumpy and thin on wood slats bed frame. The pillows had no support. We ended up going to Fred Meyer in Warrenton to get our own pillows. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Family friendly, and bike rentals were a nice touch."

"Great place to stay with lots of amenities - convenient to restaurants, the beach, shopping. Excellent hot breakfast with many options, nice pool and hot tub. Clean, quiet and spacious rooms. We really appreciated the patio, screen door and the ocean view from our room! Staff was friendly and helpful. This motel is an excellent value with a convenient location in Lincoln City. We'd definitely stay there again."

"I wouldโve given this five stars except for two things. As I was photographing the Night Sky I came back about midnight two nights in a row and there was not one parking space available anywhere on the property or on the street around it. This place needs assigned parking so that when I come back at night and Iโm tired thereโs a place for me to put my car. The other thing was there was absolutely no shelving in the shower and I had to put everything on the floor. Luckily, I can still bend over but not everybody can. Other than that it was a very nice stay and if they would fix those two things, I would stay here again."

"Love it here. Right on the beach. They didnโt give us bowls and blankets for our dog, but we always travel with that stuff so no biggie. Bed was comfortable . You just canโt beat the location. And the tunnel to the beach.. that is so very cool!"
