The staff was accommodating and professional. Amenities were nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only issues were couldnt get tvs in either room to work & the heater in my room. Staff did bring me extra blankets. Next AM person at desk blamed that person for not knowing the control was on the wall. That should have been part of their training so not her fault. One tv issue was corrected after spending 1 1/2 hrs w maintenance trying to fix it. The 2nd room the tv never worked. Staff did ask to have maintenance come to the room again but we were leaving and didnt want to have to wait around again. Had become a hassle & we went there to relax, not deal w hassles. Pet fee was waived but having a working tv is part of what I paid for. Should have never been an issue in the 1st place.

The sheer curtains were all shredded up, something that could have been replaced very easily. Room seemed very small, but that was my fault for not looking at size. Unfortunately, I don't think this room was worth the price we paid. The balcony was nice, kids like the game room and pool.
