Upon entering the room, it was very clean. In fact you could smell the antiseptic that had been used in the room. Maybe use a better smelling and septic. Also they were spiders in the sink in the bathroom and things were just not up to par they have lots of room to improve.

Super cute! 2 minute walk to the beach! Clean, cozy and cute! Loved the layout. Parking was easy and check in and check out is easy. Read your reservation info before hand and you’ll know check in is only 3 mins away.

Super convenient for our one night stay. I was traveling with a friend for an event at the event center and this hotel was about as convenient as it gets! We appreciated having our own rooms. The suite was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. And the property was quiet. The price was unbeatable for the amenities! I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I decided to plan a last minute trip to Seaside for my daughter and I. This was the least expensive for booking 1 week prior. We had never stayed at one of these properties so when we arrived to see there was no check in on the property I was surprised. There was a note directing us to a different one of their properties to check in. Not an issue, it wasn’t that far away and it hadn’t gotten busy in town yet, it took us about 7 mins to drive there (I later realized I had receive a notification from our booking site that I had to check in else where). Once we got into our room it was much smaller than were use to but it was just the 2 of us, no problem. Room and bathroom could use an update. Walls are paper thin but thankfully the neighbors were mostly respectful with noise. Bed was ok. Location was fantastic, very close to beach, restaurants, shops. We would definitely stay here again if price is right like an off week/weekend.

It is centered in a great location for the festivities but checking in was cumbersome. You have to drive to a different hotel and it was 15 min walk and they said you could have the car towed without a pass. It would have been nice to know more about the check-in process we saw other people experiencing the same issue as they arrived.

Pet friendly motel; however, only one pet allowed. This information was not available on Expedia when booking. They were kind enough to allow our other dog since they were both under 10 lbs. Room was okay. It was clean, but a used towel was left in the shower and the “clean” towels; one was dirty. A couple of the outlets were broken and a huge gap under the door. It served its purpose for a place to stay within our budget.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, microwave fridge and coffee maker worked great. Location is walkable to everything you need in the touristy area. Felt safe as a solo female traveler. Walls are quite thin, can hear shower and tv from others but earplugs helped. Staff was super kind at check in. For the price this is a great find.

First room smelled like cats really bad and I'm allergic it was hard for me to breathe the ceiling fan is full of dust so it was even worse when it came on walls covered in knats not enough toilet paper ants were everywhere as well covers and towels had a weird smell like old and dust pillows had white cat hair on it the bath tub wasn't cleaned properly my 13 yr old niece rinsed out the tub parking was fine location was fine
