It was super easy to check in & out. Front desk was friendly & kind. The rooms were clean, roomy & comfy. The pool & spa tub super relaxing. Only thing was we didn’t have maid service during our short 2 night stay, but since it was short it wasn’t terrible. A longer stay would be awful.

I could sing praises for years . The place was so nice. Not to mention my fiancee left his ring in the room and it was returned to us very promptly. We are so thankful. He was also so thankful it wasnt lost on thr beach.

I had a wonderful stay at the Wayside Inn. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. My room featured a cozy fireplace, which added a warm and inviting touch to the experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. A delightful bonus was the fresh chocolate chip cookies available in the evenings, which made the stay feel even more homey. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, with the room made up daily and kept spotless throughout my visit. Overall, the Wayside Inn provided comfort, charm, and excellent service.

Caught a cheap Monday night deal for a boys trip with my 6 and 9 year old. Awesome location, great ocean view from the deck, me and the kids had the pool to ourselves on two separate occasions- and the front desk even had pool toys & goggles for the kids. They seem really dog friendly (I don’t have a dog) with towels and biscuits for the pups. Our room had no sign of dog. Location was perfect. Beach access was a breeze, the more touristy parts of Cannon Beach are a quick five minute drive when you wanna dip into that. We didn’t check out the store next door but the walk to the pub was quick and easy for my family. Mos woulda been a 3 mini walk too. So easy for our family. Front desk staff was kind and helpful, couldn’t ask for better!
