"The location is ideal in relation both to the beach and the promenade. The hotel is a bit dated and shows some wear and tear but nothing major and everything was clean. Breakfast, pool, hot tub, pet friendly... And the price was right. Will look to them when we stay in Seaside again."

"Nice property! Loved being right on the river. Close to everything and all the staff was friendly. Everything was clean. Breakfast was lacking compared to what other hotels offer in terms of variety. We got caught twice at the pool where there were no clean towels. I would say bring your own from home if possible as there is no daily room service, so you would be caught trying to find someone looking for extras if you bring them from your room. Also, even though the rooms advertise the pull out couch as a bed bring your own bedding. Upon arrival we noticed there no extra blankets for the pull out. We asked the front desk for bedding and were told it was fully made up. There was a single sheet on it. No actual blankets. They did end up giving us one thin blanket though. Overall we would stay again, just come a little more prepared. We loved the condo feel with hotel amenities. "

"Place was clean, convenient, quiet, and staff were wonderful! Took one star off because the TV did not work properly and the shower pressure was like a power wash. Other than that the place was great and it is somewhere we would return to. "
