"We go back to Seaside every October for the past few years. This place has been our choice every time. Such friendly staff and a great view of the river. While I'm not overly fond of the breakfast options, but there are so many great restaurants around that it doesn't really effect our trip. The rooms are clean and it is in such a great location in relation to the town. Highly recommend for your Seaside vacation. "
