"Fantastic breakfast with great staff. Room was spacious with full set of utensils. There is an option to get a frypan for free on request. I loved the city view from the 10th floor. Be aware that parking is expensive being right downtown. If you are going to the Convention Center, the NASCAR hall of fame, or the arts district this location is great. You can also get public transport from the airport for only $2.20 each way. Whole foods is just a few hundred feet away which is great if you want to save $$ on dining. Their foot bar is excellent and a good value. However, there are many good choices of places to eat as well. Be sure to check out The Green half acre park next to the Convention Center."

Drury Inn & Suites Charlotte Northlake

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Drury Inn & Suites in Charlotte at the Northlake property. We received a warm greeting from the friendly staff at the check in desk. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The free dinner buffet had a large selection of good food, and we were given a ticket for 2 free alcoholic beverages. The staff in the dining area were also friendly and so accommodating. The next morning there was a free breakfast buffet with a great selection of food. We didn’t use the spa or pool areas, so I can’t comment on those. We also didn’t go out to explore the surrounding area, so again can’t comment on that. The parking lot was free parking, was well lit at night, and they had security patrolling. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked our room again to stay overnight on our way home, too. Charlotte was a halfway point for us on our trip. I highly recommend this property, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here in the future."

"Our stay at Great Wolf Lodge was excellent from start to finish. My son had an amazing time at the water park, and it was wonderful seeing how much fun there was for families and kids. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even better. The room was very clean, and the entire hotel was well-maintained and cared for. Everything felt organized, comfortable, and family-friendly. I honestly have no complaints about our stay. The only downside was the food pricing within the hotel. While the food was convenient, the prices were much higher than expected. Other than that, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again."
