"I live close to Charlotte, this was a special night I planned for my 17 year old, here recently turned 17. He wanted to see the city lights and stay overnight in Charlotte. The staff was great, Jamelia and Stephanie was so very welcoming and helpful. The evening staff, Ron,Shenae, and Zeke was also friendly and inviting. The Sheraton has a great staff all the way around. Room was clean, both beds comfortable, nice sized bathroom, an amazing view to the city, and most importantly, it was clean and I felt comfortable staying. Will definitely be back "

"The pool was closed and it’s the middle of summer. Just odd timing for renovations in my opinion. Other than that our stay was amazing. We stayed here for our wedding night and they upgraded us for free. Staff was so kind and the bar gave us complimentary champagne. "
