"The elevators didn't work and we had to climb 4 sets of stairs with our luggage. No rooms available on first floor and no option to be refunded. We pre-paid for the room. I will never do that again."

"When I first got to the hotel I was told I couldn’t have my room even though I had already paid for it! I couldn’t understand the man at the front desk which was very frustrating. It was 1 am and he thought I was local so he wouldn’t left me have my room. After showing him my id and my friend talking to him 20 minutes later he let us check in after realizing we were not locals! The rooms were clean but basic the back side of the building is very noisy because of a warehouse beside it. The location was good the pool was getting maintenance done so it was closed. They did over a decent breakfast."
