Breakfast not included Staff not so friendly Overall terrible, cannot compare to a Hilton (which has comfy beds/ pillows, free parking and free breakfast with friendly staff), plus we get points. "The hotel is absolutely beautiful. From the moment we arrived, Theresa at the front desk was customer service personified. She made us feel as though we were the only guests in the hotel and truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. We also spent time at Sophia’s, where Raye was our bartender. She is fantastic—friendly, attentive, and an absolute pleasure. She made our evenings at the bar even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!"
