No manager onsite only front desk girls. Nicky was the girl at front and was polite and finally after we had to make a lot of calls were able to cancel room and get refunded. It’s VERY sketch. "

"We were in town for a concert with our teen daughter and her teenage friends. They loved the experience at the Hard Rock Hotel. The decor made them feel like it was a rock & roll weekend. The only small issue was the parking but we got it worked out. We would stay again. "
