One of the highlights was receiving all-time access to the pool. This was such a treat, especially as The Gainsborough is the only hotel in the UK to offer natural thermal baths. "Room was clean, comfy beds. Nice and peaceful, except loud banging doors. Body lotion was empty! Beds were comfy. Breakfast is Ok, nothing special, it does the job. Some seats in the booths were disgusting. Ripped and dirty, not fit for sitting on!! We were very surprised that they have left them like it! Reception staff were polite and helpful. We arrived by coach, as its not all undercover we hot soaked."
