"We stayed in an oceanfront studio room, which we attempted to upgrade. Unfortunately, the hotel was at full capacity. For starters, the toilet in the bathroom ran constantly and was broken. We were staying next to a family who was celebrating a birthday and they played loud music all day and night and kept going in and out of their room slamming the door. Now, my family likes to have fun and play music as well, but we know how to be considerate of others in doing so. It was very hard to sleep. The lamp separating the two beds in our room wouldn’t plug in. We called guest services who informed they would be sending someone up to fix the issue and that never happened. Now I will say customer service efforts were made on the second day of our stay to see how things were going with our room and if we needed anything, which I appreciated. When we checked in we opted to valet our vehicle but found this to be very inconvenient to say the least. The hotel front desk associate, they were short staffed. After getting situated in our room, we decided to head out and had requested our car from valet and had to wait 30 minutes. Not to mention we paid approximately $700 for the room, which we didn’t mind as we anticipated our stay would be nothing short of amazing, but sad to say it was very opposite of that."

"We had an ocean view room, and the view was great. However, there were a couple of things that needed attention. Our bathroom ceiling had a spot from a leak that looked like it might fall through. Secondly, the mattress felt extremely hard—after a few hours it felt like we were laying on bricks. On a positive note, all of the hotel staff we came in contact with were very polite and friendly."

"We stayed in a one-bedroom suite. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped. However, the room had an unpleasant odor, and the sofa bed mattress was not comfortable. The employee was very helpful in resolving the mattress issue."

"This Hotel just isnt managed properly. The staff wasnt engaged with its guest at all. Clearly a punch in and punch out sort of culture. Our room was missing a shower head. When I told the staff durning checkout the staff member just looked at the "Manager". I asked them for a discount on the room since Me, my wife and my Daughter couldnt even clean up before leaving. I was told since made a reservation through Expeida that I would have to talk to them? What a joke that was. I didnt even get the courtesy of an apology. I only reserved a room, When the the sfaff wouldn't let my wife and daughter check into the room I had to call and pay for the room in full to get access to to the room. Bottom line is the hotel received the money and clearly didnt do a proper inspection of the condition of the room since they didnt know that the damn shower head was missing! I reget not putting my family in another hotel. The experience was terrible! Dont watse you money here folks. This place is nothing but a polished turd! "
