"The staff at MyStays Otemae were extremely kind & helpful. Every time we had a request they immediately did their best to fulfill it. After we checked out they let us store our bags in their office while we made a last shopping trip to Namba.When we returned soaking wet because of the terrible weather, Tsubouchi-san & Watanabe-san provided hand towels so we could dry our clothes & allowed us to repack our bags. Then Nakata-san & Satomi-San called several taxi companies but they were all booked...
