"Truly wonderful experience. The outdoor bath was a gem and the staff treated us exceptionally well. A warm, welcoming environment. Highly recommend. "
"Very clean, convenient, and friendly staff. The free breakfast is delicious and was a highlight of my stay. The ventilation in the room is a little noisy if you are sensitive to it, but it was no issue for me."

"Great place to stay, friendly and helpful staff like David and Nagaata, and so many more, did not write down all the names. Everything was great, room size, great customer service. Had a group of 11 and we all felt the hospitality. Will definitely stay again when in Osaka."
"Hotel Citadines Namba was recommended to us and lived up to expectations! Perfect location with tons of shopping, dining, bars, and historic sites nearby. Super convenient transportation with metro station close by. Loved the lobby bar and free coffee, friendly helpful staff, and amazing breakfast at a great price. Excellent choice!"
"The New Otani was a very luxurious experience. The staff had great service and very accommodating. They helped me upgrade a room with ease and affordability. They helped me rent a car to drive around, give me access to the pool to take my son swimming, and heat up food in the middle of the night. The room service was delicious and parking was so easy and cheap. We had an amazing view of Osaka Castle and we were right next to the train station. I would love to stay here again on my next trip."
