2泊したのですが、ずっとアメニティのブラシが無かったです。とても残念でした。テレビが地上波が映らなかったです。そこは、普段YouTubeを見ているので、あまり問題ではありませんでしたが、せっかくの旅行なので少し地元のテレビも見てみたかったです。 施設自体は、目一杯観光して寝るだけに戻るだけだったので、コスパも良く綺麗で十分良かったです。

The lobby bathroom smelled like urine, the elevator was filthy, when we first got into our room it didn’t feel clean there was food left from the last guest on the counter, the remote was dirty with something on the buttons, and the floor didn’t seem vacuumed well. But at least the bathroom and beds were clean.

コスパはいいが....

価格設定から多くを望めないが、シャワールームの垢はもう少し念入りな清掃が必要。それとペットボトルが入る程度の冷蔵庫は欲しい。あと部屋に鏡が欲しい。

We had a problem with the self check in... We called the emergency number, they answered straight away and solve it for us. We were afraid but they were really fast and efficient. Really good English from the emergency staff as well. Very clean and the room was perfect.

タオルやリネンは綺麗でした。 1点のみ気になったのが、トイレの臭いです。 壁や床に蓄積されたようで、 お湯で掃除しようとしましたが排水溝がなく、できませんでした。 飛び跳ねまで掃除していただければ、また利用したいです。

It’s unmanned - the check in is done through a machine which was giving us a bit of trouble at the card printing stage, but once we checked in it was all smooth. The room was nice and well equipped.
