It’s unmanned - the check in is done through a machine which was giving us a bit of trouble at the card printing stage, but once we checked in it was all smooth. The room was nice and well equipped.

The lobby bathroom smelled like urine, the elevator was filthy, when we first got into our room it didn’t feel clean there was food left from the last guest on the counter, the remote was dirty with something on the buttons, and the floor didn’t seem vacuumed well. But at least the bathroom and beds were clean.

We had a problem with the self check in... We called the emergency number, they answered straight away and solve it for us. We were afraid but they were really fast and efficient. Really good English from the emergency staff as well. Very clean and the room was perfect.

Very well located

We were close to the metro and train stations, though we had to walk for a few minutes to get there, dotombori and shinsekai are also close by. However, our street was usually calm and we were able to rest well. Would definitely consider staying again. Only downside, we put the sign out for the trash to be taken away, but they never did for a week. The container is right outside, so that was only a minor inconvenience.

Balconies! Walkable, clean, quiet. Its a great location. Quick walk to Namba station, and pretty close to the midway point between Dotonburi and the tower. Would stay again.
