Our stay here was fantastic. The family were so lovely, kind, generous and helpful and it was a pleasure to stay at their Homestay. It is new, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The surrounding views are fantastic and it is very quiet with little in walking distance but excellent bikes that can be borrowed and mopeds/motorbikes to rent plus we had no issues using Grab for taxis. We had a great stay at Bliss Tam Coc, we stayed with our children in the 2 bed villa which was perfect for us, very clean and plenty of space. The staff were all really kind and helpful. The outdoor pool was beautiful. It is out of Tam Coc, but we preferred this as was lovely and quiet but an easy Grab ride into town. The food and drinks in the restaurant were great too, would definitely recommend.

My family of 3 had a lovely stay at Tam Coc Retreat. We spent two nights and found the Retreat to be peaceful and relaxing. The pool was large for the number of guest rooms, and we had a wonderful time using it. The breakfast was better than most we've had in Vietnam, especially for the size of the hotel. This property has it all.. This property caught my eye and was so impressed by earlier reviews, that it brought me to Ninh Binh. Jonathan and his staff live up to all the hype. All the creature comforts you could ask for , set in rural Vietnam with personal touches that made my trip one that I will cherish

Best hotel in Ninh Binh!! It’s a bit outside Tam Coc town which is great because the town is very touristy. There are free bikes to rent which are really good quality. We enjoyed cycling to the Bich Dong pagoda and then to the mountain side cafe and visited the duck farm. The view from the pool is lovely. We also had lunch and dinner here and the staff is very kind and nice. You get the feeling that this is a family run hotel as the staff is really friendly and seems to really enjoy their work...

Emeralda is a beautiful resort. We stayed for three nights and would have loved to stay longer! All the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming . From start to finish, We were treated with such care and attention to detail. We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The overall facilities were excellent and truly made our experience unforgettable.

Best hotel we have stayed in in Vietnam. We love the hotel grounds, it's so natural, beautiful, and full of wildlife. Swimming pool, both indoor and outdoor was good and clean. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast

Great hotel. Lovely staff. Stunning location. The lights around the property and the greenery just made it so special. We stayed in the big double room next to the playground (2 adults, 6yo, 4mo baby). No cot so we made a floor bed with extra bedding on floor for 4 month old baby. Lovely having the swimming pool. Taxis knew location and easy to use grab to come collect you.

Athena Resort is a fantastic unique hotel in Ninh Binh, the little house style accommodation feels like a home away from home and the pool facilities are expansive. The staff were fantastic including helping us to confirm details on sleeper buses we were taking to the next leg of our trip. The resort is standalone so is extremely quiet and tranquil with the small village of Tam Coc not too far away (20 min walk down a single road over the rice paddies), or a quick taxi / bike ride.
